BDS is a certified CBE company established as a Limited Liability Company in the District of Columbia in September 2004, offering premium professional construction services to clients in the Washington, DC Metropolitan region.

The company has an outstanding record of successful completed projects ranging from $5,000.00 to $1,500,000.00. As well as providing Construction Management and General Contracting services, BDS specializes in management and supervision of structural concrete activities. The company's completed concrete projects range from $5,000.00 to $10,000,000.00.

Marcelo and his two company partners started their construction business carrying out commercial construction work in 2004.

He later acquired the business from his partners during the 2008 recession while maintaining a personal, dedicated client base.

Following his studies in Architecture and Computer Science at the University of Maryland, he joined award-winning contracting firm Tompkins Builders, serving as Information Systems Manager and Construction Project Manager. During his career at Tompkins Builders, he led the implementation, training, and support of software applications and worked on the construction of large-scale commercial buildings (over $15 million).

Marcelo's experience and passion for the industry were the driving force behind starting his own company. Today, with an established portfolio of completed projects, he continues to exceed client expectations across the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
